Full refund within 5-10 business days if cancelled before we have sent order confirmation and assigned a copywriter. Email hello@copywritingcentral.com with your order reference.
Partial refunds based on work completed: approximately 80% if less than 20% complete; 50% at roughly 50% completion; no refund after first draft delivery.
Contact us within 14 days if delivered work contains material errors relative to the agreed brief. We will correct within the included revision rounds. Refunds are not available for style preferences not communicated prior to project start.
